We store and process personal data of our current and potential clients (interested parties in legal services) in accordance with the provisions of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and per Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

 

Your data that you have provided to us for the purpose of providing legal services (by concluding a Contract for the provision of legal services with our office, or by submitting individual accompanying documentation) usually to the extent of your name, surname, titles, date of birth, birth number, address, email address, telephone number, invoicing data, bank details, information about your property, we process exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the above-mentioned Contract. In this context, we may provide your personal data to the necessary extent defined by law to third parties (most often to public authorities and our certified service providers, which are directly necessary for the proper provision of the desired legal service or to make it more efficient). We keep them for the duration of the contractual relationship and 10 years after its termination.

 

The data that we obtained when you visited our website www.wpsk.eu are stored in the so-called logfile file on our system. It is mainly the IP address of your device, the date and time of visiting our site, the name and URL of the requested data, as well as the previous visited page, the browser used and possibly the operating system of your device. This data is used by us to evaluate the traffic of the site and its subpages and, ultimately, to improve the content and ensure the comfortable use of our site. We do not match the data obtained in this way with the data of a specific user and therefore there is no identification of individual visitors to our site.
